.jpg) Who Is - Coach Mandy Roczniak Mandy is a passionate, dedicated, and committed coach who has spent her life in the field of coaching. She coached college softball for 20 years, nine as a Division One Head Coach. Much attention was placed on the overall development of her players. Believing if you coach the person, not the player, you reach your peak potential both on and off the field. This focus was also influential in helping her players through the life transitions they faced as they moved from high school to college and college to the real world. Mandy still loves teaching the game of softball, but realized she wanted to expand on helping more people reach their peak potential and with life transitions. So she decided to dedicate herself to being a full-time Life Coach. Her first hand experience working with those trying to achieve high level goals and facing life transitions will be an asset to anyone she coaches. As well, she personally experienced the challenges of a major life transition when she made the decision to alter her career. Giving her valuable insight which will enhance a clients experience. When you work with Coach Mandy, you will be working with a coach who walks the "whatever it takes" walk to help you reach your desired goals and get through any obstacles you may be facing. As she said many times on the field "if it were easy then everybody would do it", so she knows and coaches you acknowledging it won't be easy, but it will be worth it. Coach Mandy Roczniak received her Professional Coaching Certification and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner Certification in July of 2010 from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Mandy also has a Master of Science in Human Performance, is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association and State of Connecticut, and a Four-Star Master Coach from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. Mandy's experience makes her an effective coach with one on one coaching, group workshops, and team building activities. Her insights, education and experience, passion for helping others, and desire for continuous personal growth yield a results oriented coach.
